Customer success, support and general Chargify users now have better insights into their customers subscription health.
Users now have the ability to see Subscription expansion and contraction MRR activity directly within the Subscription Insights tab. This information, which was previously only available by drilling into the MRR report, is now available at the individual Subscription level. With this information, users can now predict subscription churn for customers who have repeated contraction activities or identify possible upsell opportunities for subscriptions who experience repeated expansion activities.
Supporting how your company tracks usage revenues in relevance to your MRR is also taken into consideration with this enhancement. Usage based revenues are automatically included in the MRR activity for those companies who include variable revenue as part of their MRR reporting. For companies who wish to exclude variable (usage based) revenues from these insights, users simply click the ‘Exclude Usage’ button at the top right of the screen.
